Returns & Cancellations

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard. Please be aware before placing your order that all of our items are entirely handmade and custom made to order. We cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or differs substantially to that described on the website. If you believe your item to be faulty or to differ substantially, please contact us and we will arrange to replace your item or issue a full refund. All items are entirely hand made and as a result no two items will be the same. We will always place the prints and engraving where we feel they will look best.

Please ensure all prints are labelled correctly with the name of each individual clearly marked. We cannot take any responsiblity for any engraving mistakes made on your jewellery if prints are not labelled by yourself prior to returning to us.

By returning your prints to us you are agreeing that you are happy for us to use them on your jewellery. If you are not happy and wish to take some more prints you can purchase additional wipe sets or moulding compound from our shop and try again. If you decide after a few goes at print taking that you do not wish to proceed with your order then you can contact us for a full refund of the price of your purchased jewellery, minus £1.00 to cover the cost of posting your first kit and £5 for every kit sent with your order.

We will always use the prints we feel will give the best results on the finished jewellery item. If there is a print you would particularly like us to use, please mark clearly with a tick or cross next to the print. Once this print has been transfered onto your jewellery, this cannot be changed.

Prints will be placed on the jewellery in the way that we feel will look best on your finished jewellery. If you wish prints to be placed in a specific way or for the hole to be placed in a specific area then please indicate this clearly on the back of your print paper. We suggest drawing a diagram to avoid any confusion. By asking us to place your prints in a specific way, you should understand that this is not necessarily what will work best or look the most aesthetically pleasing. We cannot change this layout once your jewellery has been made should you not be happy with the placement you specified.

Engraving will be placed where we feel it will fit and look best. If you want any engraving placed in a certain area of your jewellery then please specify this clearly using a diagram on the back of your print paper.

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund from the moment you place your order up until the point any kits are posted out to you. You may cancel order at any point within the fourteen day period commencing from the day you place your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.  Should you cancel your order after any kits have been posted out to you then a full refund minus a £1.00 postal charge and a £5 charge per kit will be issued.

If work has already commenced on your handmade item, we are unable to issue a refund.

Please return your prints promptly to enable us to manage our workload. If prints are not returned withing 6 months of purchase date, the customer may be required to pay the difference if our prices have increased because of a price rise in raw materials or postage costs. Orders which have not returned prints after a period of 12 months will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
