On receipt of your order we will send out the relevant print kits and full instructions on how to use them. If required, an engraving requirements form will be included for you to complete. Once you have taken your prints, simply return them to us in the pre-paid envelope. We will email you to let you know that they have arrived back safely and are good enough to use. Most orders are dispatched within fourteen days of us receiving useable prints back with us but please allow longer at busier periods such as Christmas and Mothers Day. ♥
